Free Range English Venison
The majority of our Venison is sourced from Richard Elmhurst on his private estate near Barnsley, Yorkshire, although to maintain a supply throughout the whole of the year we use venison from a selection of British farms.
The deer are raised free range, as nature intended, on the rolling open countryside of protected estates and parks. Natural flora and fauna are the foodstuffs of the deer as they roam through the grasslands and woodlands of these parks.
Sustainable Scottish Salmon
Our Salmon is sourced from North West Scotland where they have been producing award-winning Salmon since 1999.
Based in the communities of Sutherland and the Outer Hebrides, the Salmon are raised to RSPCA assured standards, to ensure quality, welfare and of course, full traceability to the loch.
Salmon boasts exceptionally high levels of Omega 3 and 6, along with essential amino acids that promote growth and help maintain muscle tissue mass. Salmon provides a good source of some essential vitamins D, B-12, B-6 and thiamin and pantothenic acid.
Ethical Suffolk Duck
We buy our Duck from the heart of England, Suffolk. Long standing, trusted breeders of Duck are Gressingham Farms. The health and welfare of their ducks is an absolute priority and very much at the heart of everything they do.
Gressingham birds are bred, hatched, and reared responsibly on farms in the neighbouring counties of Suffolk and Norfolk, to the highest welfare standards.
Duck is rich in dietary protein, which helps boost satiety. Duck is abundant in iron, zinc, B vitamins, potassium and phosphorous.
Grass Fed, Welsh Lamb
Grass fed on the rich Welsh landscape of the Snowdonian National Park. The finest quality lamb is managed by farmers who have a passion for exceptional husbandry and animal welfare. In fact, Welsh Lamb is renown as the 'Worlds Best' for this reason.
Lamb is an excellent meat source for dogs. It is both highly palatable and easily digested. Grass-fed lamb can also contain valuable amounts of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), a health supportive fatty acid. Grass-fed lamb is an excellent source of vitamin B12 and a very good source of protein, selenium and niacin. It is also a good source of zinc and phosphorus.
